SO.CAP. USA Hair Extensions Joins Forces With Catch 25 Foundation to Fight Stomach Cancer

Believe it or not, hair extensions are for more than just beauty. SO.CAP. USA Hair Extensions and the Catch-25 Foundation recently gathered at the New York Yankees Stadium to raise funds to support stomach cancer awareness. For three hours during the day, donations were accepted in exchange for bright Yankee blue clip-in hair extensions provided by a team of volunteers from SO.CAP. USA Hair Extensions. All proceeds from that day will go to support the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University and the Yankees Universe Fund at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. The funds will be used for the research and treatment of stomach cancer. With the help of SO.CAP. USA Hair Extensions, over $8,670 was raised at this special event.

The Catch-25 Foundation, founded by Yankees Manager Joe Girardi and his wife Kim, provides support to families and individuals who have been challenged with ALS, Alzheimer’s, cancer and fertility issues. Catch-25 shows a compassionate approach towards raising awareness and helping find treatments and cures. Through the use of scholarships, financial aid and charitable donations, the foundation is devoted to saving children and adults who may not otherwise have the financial and emotional support they need.

SO.CAP. USA Hair Extensions offers professional 100% human hair extensions. Their hair extensions were used by hairstylists on the last two seasons of Bravo’s hit reality TV show Shear Genius along with being featured regularly in numerous beauty trade and consumer publications. SO.CAP. USA Hair Extensions has also been actively involved helping support breast cancer awareness with their annual fall Pink Hair For Hope campaigns to support the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
