silly hair day

School is cancelled for today due to the really cold temperature of -3 (wind chill -21). The boys were bored and were in a goofy mood. I was catching up on emails in the dining room when I heard some serious giggling from the hallway.

The giggling can be dangerous sometimes. You know, the kind of giggling that means that kids are up to no good? Well, that's what I was worried about.

I called to the boys to ask them what they were up to and couldn't help giggling along with them when I saw them! They decided to get into my hair thingies and silly-up their hair! Too funny!

Ian wouldn't cooperate for photos, but Jake, always loving the camera, did.

Gotta love the creativity. :)

How adorable! I'm glad they had fun! We had the cold snap today too (in Michigan), but our district was open. Thanks for cheering me up with a great story of fun!

Oh Colleen! Take photos of stuff like that as much as you can! It's not long before he won't let you. And by the way, he's going to kill you for taking these in a couple of years! They're awesome!

OMG that is toooo funny!!! He may regret agreeing to pose one day. I can see potential embarassing moments when it comes time for his wedding. Ha!

And can I just tell you how happy I was to seeing Ryan Shupe on your video. That's one of our favorite songs and bands. Have you heard the rest of that CD?? It's really good. Let me know if you want it.

Hugs to you. Stay warm.
